Summer Citrus

One day while I was looking for paneling ideas for a client, I came across this lively project by Rebecca Robertson.  I was impressed with the unique wainscotting idea, but I also really love the use of bold, vibrant, citrus colors; it just feels like summertime. I also love the eclectic mix of furnishings. So pretty!

  1. Very interesting! The fretwork-like theme is repeated in the pair of cabinets, wainscoting, pillow and rug. Wonderful! Hope you are doing well, Jennifer.

  2. Lemon, yellow, orange and cream are the most optimistic, sunny colours for a room and its inhabitants. In summer it probably doesn't matter but in winter people have a sort of seasonal sadness that responds well to colour. I love the parts of the timber floor not covered by carpet.
